The One Year Giveaway!

I have reached my first big mile marker of being in business for my first full year!  I need to actually look through my calendar and more specifically my notes to figure out the actual day.  When I moved to New Hampshire I bought my wheel and kiln in May of 2010 and started work by June of 2010.  I have been so busy with getting ready for the craft fair, that this post was put on hold…but I didn’t forget about it.  It has been a great first year of business and a challenge as well.  I have learned a lot and am already deep in work for my second year of business and I hope and pray I continue to grow and develop more as an artist and as a business.  In celebration of my first year of business I am having a giveaway!  If it wasn’t the support of family, friends, and my support from each of you who have read and followed my blog and work, well I wouldn’t be this far and I wouldn’t be encouraged to keep going.  So, Thank You!

I am giving away this set of 4 coaster tiles!  Each coaster is a 4×4″ square tile each glazed in a different glaze.  The glazes you will see are copper green, cobalt, rutile and nickel crystalline.  The bottoms of each coaster have rubber pads to keep from scratching any table top surface.  These are hand-rolled and hand-cut tiles using white stoneware clay.

If you want to win:  leave me a comment!  I want to know if you like tea or coffee the best!  Your comment is your entry to this drawing.  I will announce the winner Wednesday Morning, so you have until then to comment and enter.

Thanks for your support everyone and happy Monday!

Oooohhh, pretty coasters! Tea or coffee is such a tough question because we drink a lot of both at our house. Coffee in the morning, tea in the evening, but I guess I’ll go with coffee this time.ReplyCancel

  • I like my 50-50 odds right now. 😀 These are gorgeous–as usual. One day, when I’m renovating my bathroom (once I *own* a bathroom…), I want you to make all my tiles.ReplyCancel

    • Definitely forgot the tea-vs-coffee statement… Toughie. Tea is fortifying, coffee soothes the soul. Just don’t mix them… 😀 Have to go with coffee, though, for my desert island choice.ReplyCancel

I LOVE tea the most because my Mum was from London, England. Every occasion was a time for a “cuppa” tea! Want to celebrate?- let’s have a cuppa tea; Have a bad day?- let’s have a cuppa tea: Need to talk?- let’s have a cuppa tea; Sick? have a cuppa tea. The best part of every morning is that first hot cuppa tea!!ReplyCancel
