The Yuletide craft fair is over, and I am now focused on finishing all of my commissioned pieces in time for Christmas. I am also happy to be working on the pieces for my December Exhibit. I will share all the details on that soon! The Yuletide craft fair was a good experience for sure, but I won’t be doing it again next year. It was not the right venue for me. What I mean by that is if I am going to try to sell pottery, I need to be selling in a place that also features other similar artisans. For example: glass blowers, potters, jewelers, woodworkers, painters, photographers, etc. I am glad I went and tried it though, it is good to put myself out there and try different experiences. I did sell some work there, but now that I am home, I am working on posting everything that I have on Etsy for sale. Some of those pieces are my Nativity Christmas items. Here is a rectangular tray I have been making with various scenes of the nativity. This one features the wisemen traveling to see Jesus.
This piece and lots of others will be on Etsy this week. I have a lot to post and work on to keep me busy in between spending time with my wonderful in-laws!
