Lately I have been growing my product list and one category in particular: jewelry. I first started with the earring tree, which has remained pretty popular. Then I started making rings from my scrap pieces of clay. It was such a great way to use up those scraps and not let any little bit of clay go to waste. When I was making the rings, I had a few little glazed pieces that were a bit too small for the ring blanks I was using, but I just didn’t want to toss them. I have a really cute pair of fabric button earrings that I love and these clay pieces were about the same size, so I held one of the clay pieces up to my ear and thought it looked really cute. I then took off to Michaels Craft Store to see what kind of sterling earring backs I could find to turn them into earrings. If you were at my fall show you most likely saw these for sale and perhaps even bought a pair. Since my show, I have had several of you asking me about my earrings and are there any more? There are! I just posted them on my Etsy shop yesterday, so come and see what I have! I ended up keeping a pair for myself because I really liked them and also, why not be my own walking advertisement? You can check them out here or click on my “Etsy” tab at the top of the page. A lot of new things are being added and have been added yesterday and today with plenty more to come.
