I have probably thought about posting only about 100 times since my last post back in July! That post, just so happened to be a recap on my NY spring trunk show. I was feeling a little bit guilty about it for a while because I just felt like my site was not up-to-date. I wanted to be sure when people clicked on my website it was relevant to what I was actually doing in the studio. Part of my great plan was to be blogging at least once a week to share about what was going on in the studio and in my home, but reality set in as did my daily life of a mom of two with baby number three on the way! (Other news I wanted to share about on here!) My to-do list is usually rather ambitious: rarely do I complete my whole list. Instead, it ends up being my list for the whole week! As you moms out there know, sometimes the day is so busy and full of cleaning, playing, cooking, cleaning some more, catching up on the house while naps are taking place, disciplining, etc…when the day is done I look back at what was accomplished and ask myself, “what in the world WAS done today”?
I promise you, friends, I have been extremely busy both in my home and in the studio. My fall trunk show is fast approaching…just 9 days away! This will be my third show in MD and my fourth in total. If you are local and want to stop by, please do! It is an open house event. Throw on some party clothes, bring a friend or ten and enjoy live music, heavy hors d’oeuvres, beverages and of course art. All work displayed will be available for purchase. Hope to see you there!
